2010 Facade Grant Information Available NowInformation regarding the 2010 Facad Grant program and applications are being sent out now. All property owners and business owners within the BID District are schedualed to recieve the information.
The Facad Grant Program allows properties to recieve grant funds for the renovation of current facades to historic or historic looking. Owners need to invest a minimum of 10% of the projects total cost.
