Take a tour of the Fit and Fire building and see all of the things we offer including our float tank, salt cellar, 3 fitness studios and more! AND the newly opened Abode Chiropractic Clinic in the building will also be there giving tours and answering any questions you may have about your
pre-natal, post-natal, child, or family chiropractic needs! Also, attend one of our 30 minute family yoga sessions of the evening and get a 1/2 price ice cream scoop from 605 Scoops!
