Dacotah Prairie Museum

The Dacotah Prairie Museum is a county-supported history and education institution located in historic downtown Aberdeen, SD. Founded in 1969, the Museum has resided at 21 S. Main St. since 1970. Over 18 gallery and exhibit spaces are filled with art, historical displays, educational content and children's exhibits. Many exhibits are changed over throughout the year. The Museum hosts many programs and events during the year, as well. A gift shop is onsite to further enhance the museum-going experience. Free admission, donations appreciated.
